[April 9, 2025] Optimize Living & Environment—KD Navien is participating in HVAC KOREA 2025 to unveil its global HVAC lineup, including the Ventilation Air Purifier, Navien Magic kitchen appliances, Condensing Air Conditioner, and Heat Pump. The exhibition takes place for three days starting Wednesday, April 9, at COEX Hall A in Gangnam, Seoul.
KD Navien unveils an integrated “indoor air quality care management solution” combining its Ventilation Air Purifier with Navien Magic kitchen appliances. When cooking begins on the stove, the 3D Air Hood creates an air curtain from three directions to prevent cooking fumes from spreading indoors and efficiently exhausts them outside. At the same time, the system supplies fresh outdoor air through the Ventilation Air Purifier’s filter. The Ventilation Air Purifier handles both purification and ventilation, removing fine dust, CO2, radon, and VOCs without needing to open windows. KD Navien is also showcasing its newly released “Cassette-Type Ventilation Air Purifier,” which was introduced last year. Compared to previous models, it’s more compact and easier to install, making it ideal for small living spaces like studios and compact residence.
KD Navien is also exhibiting heating products that provide hot water and space heating. The representative product is the “Navien Condensing ON AI” boiler, which delivers hot water in under 10 seconds, or about 93% faster than conventional models, by using the “Hot Water Ready System.” In addition, being unveiled is the “Hot Water Ready Shower,” which delivers hot water instantly once the special valve is installed. Other highlights include the “Heaty Hub” integrated piping system for district heating, the high-efficiency “Cascade System” for large commercial buildings, and the hydrogen-powered “Hydrogen Condensing Boiler” as a next-generation energy solution.
Through this exhibition, KD Navien is unveiling products designed to captivate global markets. A standout is the inverter-equipped “Air Source Heat Pump,” which is scheduled to launch in the UK. A Heat Pump is an eco-friendly HVAC technology that uses electricity to absorb heat from air, ground, or water and convert it into heating or cooling; thus gaining worldwide attention. KD Navien also will exhibit the “HPWH (Heat Pump Water Heater),” a water heater developed using heat pump technology. The HPWH allows pipe connections at both the top and sides for easier installation and a minimized space. It features a corrosion-resistant stainless steel tank and supports OTA (Over-The-Air) updates for greater user convenience. The Heat Pump Water Heater is scheduled for release in North America within this year.
On display is the “Condensing Air Conditioner Hybrid,” a product designed to drive eco-innovation in the domestic cooling industry. It offers a full range of features, including cooling, ventilation, air purification, and dehumidification. Unlike conventional air conditioners that rely on refrigerants, this system uses a dehumidifying rotor to remove moisture and adopt evaporative cooling to lower the temperature by spraying water. By obtaining various heat sources like district heating, solar energy, and fuel cells, this system is capable of reducing electricity costs by 42% compared to conventional air conditioners.
KD One offers products designed to safeguard both the environment and your safety, all while enhancing the comfort of your living environment. The flagship “Safe Door” offers excellent thermal insulation to prevent energy loss and airtight sealing to block external noise and wind. In the event of fire, it blocks flames for 90 minutes and keeps the external door surface below 140°C for 60 minutes to protect against smoke and gas infiltration.
