[April 9, 2024] KD Navien opened “VR Navien House,” an online space where customers can intuitively experience KD Navien’s products and “optimized living environment” created through the interconnection of its products.
KD Navien opened a virtual house in its official online shopping mall “Navien House (www.navienhouse.com)” to help customers easily access the company’s products through an online channel similar to its pop-up distribution centers in Namyangju and Uijeongbu. As many of KD Navien’s products require direct installation by experts, there have been relatively fewer opportunities for customers to experience the products. Accordingly, KD Navien opened VR Navien House, where customers can experience the company’s products irrespective of time and space.
Over an area measuring 84 m2, VR Navien House consists of a porch, a living room, a kitchen, a master bedroom, a bathroom, an exercise room, and a laundry room. Under the concept of a three-person family home including an elementary school child, KD Navien’s products are displayed in each space. In addition to flagship products, such as the Condensing Boiler, Ventilation Air Purifier, and Navien Mat, a diverse range of products from KD One and KD Navien including Smart Home, door locks, and fireproof doors are realistically represented. Anyone can access VR Navien House for free by visiting the official shopping mall through a computer.
At the entrance, you can find information on door locks launched by KD Navien and fireproof doors from its parent company, KD One. In the living room, the Ventilation Air Purifier, which effectively manages indoor air quality with both air purification and ventilation functions, is on display along with the Smart Home system. Customers can experience and explore the information on the 3D Air Hood, which prevents the spreading of kitchen smoke and fumes through a connection with the Ventilation Air Purifier. in the kitchen, and Navien Condensing ON AI, a boiler with improved convenience for hot water use, and the Hot Water Ready Valve in the bathroom.
The convenient interface allows customers to conveniently access information on a diverse range of products. When the plus (+) button on a product is clicked, customers are directed to the detailed description page. On this page, by clicking a model, customers are connected to the official shopping mall, Navien House, where they are provided with a one-on-one consulting service and can purchase products. By clicking “Experience Navien Product Presentation” on the detailed description page, customers can also learn about the operating mechanisms of various products on a simulation screen.
“We anticipate that VR Navien House will play a major role in strengthening MOT,” said Kim Yong-bum, Chief Sales and Marketing Executive. He continued, “Moving forward, we will strive to provide our customers with differentiated purchasing experiences and an optimal living environment.”
Following the recent renewal of the online shopping mall “Navien House,” to strengthen MOT, KD Navien is striving to expand the Omnichannel by launching “Navien Live,” which is a live commerce channel, and opening pop-up stores. Omnichannel is a service that helps customers search for and purchase products both online and offline.
