How to prevent frozen pipes
Prepare to keep it warm during the winter!

If the temperature of the water for floor heating falls below 10℃
for prevention of frozen pipes
the pump will be activated. -

If the water temperature falls below 6˚C,
the boiler will start
so the temperature will go up to 21˚C. -

When the frozen pipe prevention is activated,
the indoor temperature control lamp
will blink in green. -

If the temperature remains the same,
unplug the power cable and plug it again
and set the temperature.

01Keep the power cable plugged
at all times! -
02Do not close
the gas valve! -
03Do not close
the valve on the distributor! -
04Keep the exposed pipes
insulated! -
05In the cold weather,
open the tap ever so slightly, so the water can drip
on a continuous basis.

- For frozen pipe prevention, hot water pipes cannot prevent accidents.
- Check the insulation conditions of the pipes and install a water heater if necessary. Contact your local pipe dealer for pipe heaters.
- If the pipes are frozen, use hot water or heat(hair dryer) to thaw the third and fourth pipes until it produces hot water. If the water still does not come out, contact your local service center for assistance.
