- KD Navien has established IP PBS-based service center for the first time in the industry.
Through continuous system development and innovation, we have built various channels for communication including the service center, website and mobile application and deliver smart service and respond to feedback promptly.

- Only genuine parts
- KD Navien only use genuine parts manufactured for service and distributed in a sealed package with a hologram to prevent manufacturing and distribution of unauthorized parts. They are distributed to only authorized dealers and we take strict measures against the distribution of unauthorized parts.

- Transparent service charge
- KD Navien uses standard service charging system based on the cost of parts, service fee and onsite service charge. Customers are provided with a list of service charge via their smartphone and it requires their signature for confirmation.

- One-time service fee for replacing 2 or more parts
- We only charge a one-time service fee when replacing 2 or more parts even though it should be charged separately. Customers are charged with the highest fee.

- Up to 3 year warranty coverage
- With extensive technological expertise and quality, we offer 3-year warranty coverage for home gas boilers, 2 year for home oil boilers and 1 year for commercial boilers.
