KD Navien will be debuting a new and improved hot water mattress. On September 7th, KD Navien announced the launch of a new version of its premium hot water mattress 'Navien Mate.' Pre-orders will be received on the company's official online shopping mall, 'Navien House.'

'Navien Mate,' which was introduced last year with the tagline 'just another boiler made by the country's best boiler maker,' embodies the superb temperature regulation technologies developed by KD Navien, the undisputed leader of the domestic boiler market, as well as premium mattress qualities. Precision temperature controls mean comfortable sleeping temperatures, while an eco-friendly non-slip bottom lining and an irritation-free 100% cotton cover offer superb tactile qualities and user health. Since its launch last year, Navien Mate has been extremely popular among consumers. Last July, Navien Mate was named the first winner of the premium brand index brand evaluation system jointly developed by Seoul National University and the Korean Standards Association.

The new version of the Navien Mate that will debut this year builds on the safe and accurate temperature regulation technologies of the original, with diversified boiler and mattress lineups that promise consumers a healthier and more pleasant sleep. The EQM 500 series of the Modern line is built around safety, and is a high-end product that embodies Navien's temperature regulation technologies to provide optimal temperature controls. The temperatures on the left and right halves of the mattress can be adjusted at 1℃ increments to suit the sleeper, and the temperature of water that flows through the mattress and returns to the boiler is monitored closely to keep it at the temperature set by the user. Warmth is spread evenly over the entire mattress, ensuring there are no hot or cold spots.

The EQM 500 series, which has improved safety, also features a sterilization mode that eliminates concerns over germs and a child lock function that keeps children safe. When used at temperatures of 38℃ or higher, the unit alerts users in order to prevent the risk of low-temperature burns. The unit also provides a visual temperature alert to keep users aware of high temperature settings. The EQM 500 series is also equipped with a voice assistant, an automatic drainage system, convenient controls through a remote control and Bluetooth app, and a retro-style design that combines analog and digital sensibilities.

The EQM 300 series of the Simple line is packed with core features for the more cost-conscious consumer. Like the EQM 500 series, the design is built around safety, with precise temperature controls, a high temperature alert function to prevent low temperature burns, and a multi-stage safety system including a child lock function. Touch-type temperature control buttons placed on both the right and left sides, alongside sound alerts, a remote control, and a detachable second-generation easy connector, make it even more convenient to use.

KD Navien has used eco-friendly silicone hosing in an upgraded cushion mat to make the new models as comfortable as any other premium mattress, and is introducing a new slim mattress that replaces traditional hosing with water flow channels that are integrated into the mattress itself.
